Solving Intergranular Corrosion and Internal Voids in 304/316L Components.
20 years supplying forged stainless components to Marine, Medical, and Industrial OEMs globally. 316L grain structure controlled to ±15°C. Full material traceability and passivation certificates on every shipment.

The Industry Challenge
In Marine, Medical, and Chemical Process environments, material failure is not an option. These are the three specific failure modes our clients face — and how our grain-flow controlled forging process eliminates them.
304 SS fails in saltwater and chlorinated environments. Marine and offshore applications require 316L with verified Mo content (2.0–2.5%). We confirm Mo by OES spectrometer on every heat.
Forging above 1,200°C causes austenite grain growth. Result: reduced Charpy impact toughness and failed incoming inspection. Our furnaces hold ±15°C. Grain size verified by macro-etch.
Free iron from tooling contact causes rust on 316L surfaces. Medical and food-grade applications require passivation per ASTM A967. We provide the passivation cert with every shipment.
Our Promise
Stop worrying about intergranular corrosion and structural fatigue. We deliver grain-flow controlled stainless forgings (304/316L) that exceed ASTM standards. Whether it’s marine valves or energy fittings, our parts are engineered to survive where others fail.
Every stainless part ships with material cert, dimensional report, and surface treatment certificate.
OES spectrometer confirms Mo, Ni, and Cr content on every heat. No alloy substitution. Mill certs included with every shipment.
Forging temperature held within ±15°C. Prevents grain growth. Charpy impact values maintained per ASTM A182. Heat treatment records available.
Passivation per ASTM A967. Ra ≤ 0.4μm on sealing surfaces. Certified for Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Food-Grade applications.

The Evidence
From North Sea shackles to pharmaceutical valve bodies — every card below represents a distinct high-stakes application where our 316L and Duplex 2205 forgings are actively specified by Tier-1 clients.
Client History
Our forged 316L SS valve bodies are specified for offshore hydraulic control systems where chloride stress corrosion cracking is a constant threat. Our passivated stainless flanges are used in surgical sterilization equipment where surface iron contamination triggers a batch rejection. Every shipment includes full material traceability and passivation certificates.
Industries Served
From North Sea offshore platforms where saltwater chloride stress corrosion cracking is a constant threat, to pharmaceutical clean rooms where surface iron contamination triggers a batch rejection — our 316L stainless forgings are specified where material integrity is non-negotiable.
