Passivation & Electropolishing
In-house post-forge surface treatment. Passivation restores the chromium oxide layer. Electropolishing removes micro-crevices where corrosion starts.
Material Traceability
Heat lot tracked from mill certificate to finished part. Every shipment: spectrometer report, hardness test, dimensional inspection record.
In-House CNC Machining
Raw forged blanks to finish-machined parts. ±0.01mm on critical bore diameters. No secondary supplier.
