Die Design & Tooling

Closed-die tooling designed in-house. You own the tooling after the first production run. No tooling charges on repeat orders.

Hot Die Forging

Billets heated to spec, forged under 250T–2,500T presses. Grain flow follows part geometry. Stronger and more fatigue-resistant than machined-from-bar stock.

CNC Machining & Finishing

Forged blanks move directly to our CNC floor. No third-party handoff. Machined to final dimensions. Surface treatments (plating, anodizing, passivation) applied per drawing callout.

Quality Inspection & Certification

Critical dimensions measured on CMM. Material composition verified by spectroscopic analysis. Full inspection report sent before shipment leaves.

The Evolution of Craft

The Backdrop. We are located in Zhejiang, China — a region responsible for over 70% of the world's plumbing and hardware components. In the early days, casting was the standard. But as global industries demanded higher safety margins and zero-leakage integrity, the limitations of cast parts became undeniable.

The Pivot. Our founder, Mr. Yang, recognized that for critical applications — medical gas systems, marine hydraulics, industrial fluid control — forging was the only answer. We pivoted from traditional methods to specialized hot forging, starting with a single machine and an uncompromising commitment to material purity.
